The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve scanned your  unique QR code at the time of purchase,  and the site isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

 

What are you doing with my data? 

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though. 

 

How do I enter the promotion? 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:  

  • Purchase any case of Tooheys (either 24 x bottles OR 30 x cans), to share, from any store within Australia displaying advertising for this Promotion (includes their respective online stores) ("Participating Venues"). Entrants will receive a leaflet with a unique QR code at the time of purchase, while stocks last; and 
  • Visit the promotional website (by scanning the unique QR code found on the leaflet); and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and full address) and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter. 

Entrants who make a purchase from a Participating Venue online will receive a leaflet (with the unique QR code) with their order.  In the case the leaflet is not provided with the order, the entrant must visit their local Participating Venue, show proof of their purchase and request a leaflet (while stocks last). 

The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission (subject to verification).

The draw winner will be contacted by email, phone and SMS within seven (7) days of the draw and published at https://TooheysGiveaways.com.au/winner by 24/04/24. 

 

How do I receive my prize?

Are there any special conditions to my prize? 

The game tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. 

All costs associated with travel to and from the game itself will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest for the prize. 

 

Voucher Prize Conditions: 

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
